River House, a villa that evokes Mediterranean roots and the scent of the sea, is located in the captivating Pitiusas Islands. This home allows you to enjoy the colours and light of the Mediterranean in every corner, all day long.

To achieve the perfect balance between enclosed and open spaces, our Minimalist Series aluminium carpentry is harmoniously integrated, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows and high-performance thermal and acoustic glass. The curtain wall stands out as a key element, providing light, spaciousness and wellbeing.

In collaboration with the developer Miralbo Urbana in Xàbia, we were responsible for the carpentry, railings, screens, awnings and blinds for this exclusive villa, which has been internationally recognised with two awards in London: Best Individual Residential Architecture in Spain and Best Residential Property in Spain 2024-2025 by the International Property Awards.

Villa Oceanus is located on the Costa Blanca in Alicante, perched above the Mediterranean Sea in one of the most beautiful areas of Spain.

For this villa, we used Technal carpentry (for the hinged windows we installed the SOLEAL FY series, and for the sliding windows the LUMEAL series, in RAL 7016 Anthracite Matte, with solar-control glass), railings (8+8 polished edges) and, for the pool, special glass 15 TEMPERED/4/15 TEMPERED/4/15 TEMPERED.

The developer from Xàbia, Miralbo Urbana, received a new recognition for this property. We were responsible for the carpentry, railings and pool glass. The villa was awarded Best Residential Property in Spain by the International Property Awards.

Villa Minerva is set on a plot with views of the Mediterranean Sea and Montgó mountain.

Features: TECHNAL aluminium carpentry with thermal break, ECOTHERMIC SLIDE+ series for sliding doors and UNNO THERMIC series for casement doors. The chosen colour for this villa is RAL 7024 Matte. Shower screens with 10 mm frosted glass, 6+6 transparent railings for terraces and continuous railings for staircases mounted on stainless steel bases, and blackout and 5% screen blinds.

With views of the mountains and the sea, Villa Hebe is a fresh and sophisticated property in Jávea, featuring large-format windows that offer breathtaking ocean and mountain vistas.

Features: Confort 74 and Confort 90 sliding windows for larger openings, 8 mm tempered glass screens, and 6+6 laminated safety railings.
