Mediterranean Light as the Protagonist<\/b><\/h2>\n

One of the most fascinating aspects of \u201cRiver House\u201d<\/b> is how the architecture captures Mediterranean light from dawn to dusk, allowing each room to be filled with warm and vibrant nuances. To maximize this effect, we worked with a series of minimalist aluminum carpentry systems<\/b>, specially designed for large surfaces and panoramic views. Every detail of this project has been carefully considered, from the aluminum windows<\/b> with high thermal and acoustic performance glass<\/b>, to the imposing curtain wall<\/b> that bathes the house in natural light. We have created windows with walkable floors, integrated into the minimalist style that distinguishes the villa, allowing the interior and exterior to merge uniquely. Furthermore, the glass offers an exceptional level of thermal and acoustic comfort<\/b>, isolating spaces from any external noise and maintaining an ideal temperature, which is essential for the well-being of those who inhabit this refuge. <\/span><\/p>\n

International Recognition<\/b><\/h2>\n

River House<\/b> has been honored at the prestigious International Property Awards<\/b> in London, receiving two awards that recognize its quality and design: one in the Architecture<\/b> category and another distinguishing it as the Best House in Spain<\/b>.
